If yours is not here, call (02) 6543 8424 and reception will help.

  • Are all services bulk billed?

GP consultations are bulk billed for eligible patients with a valid Medicare card. Some services attract a fee, such as ADHD assessment, private medical assessments, pre-employment medicals, some procedures and privately purchased vaccines. Reception will tell you the cost before you book.

  • Can I get a same-day appointment?

Same-day appointments are available for things that cannot wait. Call reception from 8:00am, or check HotDoc for the next available time.

  • Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Telehealth appointments by phone or video are available when a visit in person is not needed. Ask reception or book online.

  • Do I need a referral?

You do not need a referral to see a GP. Your GP can refer you to specialists and allied health when you need them.

  • Who provides ADHD assessment?

Dr Layth Almallah provides ADHD assessment and ongoing management for children, teenagers and adults. It is a private service, so a fee applies.

  • How long should I book for?

Skin checks, care plans, ADHD assessment, procedures and more than one concern usually need a longer appointment. Tell reception what the visit is for when you book.
