          • Can I choose which GP I see?

Yes. You can choose your GP when you book online through HotDoc, or ask reception when you call. Seeing the same GP where you can helps keep your care joined up.

          • Do all the GPs bulk bill?

GP consultations are bulk billed for eligible patients with a valid Medicare card, whichever GP you see. Some services attract a fee, such as ADHD assessment and management, and reception will tell you the cost first.

          • Can I see a female GP?

Yes. Dr Sasikala (Sasi) Hariharan and Dr Prishantha Sirisena are female GPs. Ask for either when you book.

          • Who provides ADHD assessment?

Dr Layth Almallah provides ADHD assessment and ongoing management for children, teenagers and adults. It is a private service, so a fee applies.

          • Which GPs do skin checks?

Several GPs have an interest in skin health, including Dr Abdullah Haddid, who is accredited with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia, Dr Bashar Al-Rajab, Dr Ahmed Abdelraouf and Dr Mohammed Abdulfattah.

          • Can I have an interpreter?

Yes. Tell reception when you book. Doctors can use the free TIS National interpreting service for Medicare-funded consultations. Dr Hariharan also speaks Tamil and Telugu.
