Start with your GP.
Your GP is the first stop for new symptoms, infections, injuries, skin problems, aches and pains, mental health, sexual health and long-term conditions. If you need tests or a specialist, your GP organises them and keeps your care joined up.
Regular check-ups also help pick up problems early, while there is more that can be done.
